Results 2008

First of all I would like to thank everybody who has contributed in any way to the great success of the Dutch 3D contest and especially all who have participated in the contest!

As mentioned before, the contest is about meeting people, learning from each other, and having fun. These are the most important aspects of this contest.

But of course a contest has winners, so let me proudly present to you the final 2008 Dutch 3D results and the top 3 in both Class A and Class B. The detailed results can be found here for every meeting. The rules that describe how to come to the final results can be found here.

The final results of 2007 have been normalized to the number 1 in each class. This means that the number 2, 3 etc list the relative score expressed in percentages of number 1. If a competitor has a score of e.g. 80%, it means that his total score in points was 80% from the total score in points of the winner of the class.

The competition has never been this close, the difference between position 2 and 3 is only 0.1%, and less than 0.4% between position 5 and 6.

Another interesting aspect is that the number 1 and 2 of the 2006 B class are the number 1 and 2 of the 2008 A class, so they are improving fast!
